We're seeking highly motivated field sales representatives who is interested in a quick pathway to field sales team leadership, who is passionate about providing value to homeowners and neighbourhoods. Reps can expect to make a minimum of $30 and up to $55 per knocking hour, with a pathway to salaried pay as a field sales pod / team lead.
As a member of the the team, you'll be reporting to the Field Sales Lead, your job will be re-engaging and introducing Quartermaster to homeowners in neighbourhoods across the Greater Toronto Area.
EXPECTATIONS
- Must live in the GTA
- You are ready to commit to 32 to 40 hours per week (shifts of 4-8 hours are available daily for all field reps)
- Working hours are Monday to Friday between 10am-8pm and some weekends
- You must be tech savvy
- Compensation : Knocking hourly rates are $30-55 / hour
- Training rates are $20 / hour

Work with the Community Team and other stakeholders to drive homeowner and community acquisition within GTA communities via knocking on doors.Leverage existing sales initiatives in communities to educate homeowners on the benefits of Quartermaster.Be a Product expert - keep up to date with new product releases and features and act as a resource for the team and our customers.Accurately enter and track data ensuring you're following team process.WHAT YOU BRING
