Historic Restoration Carpenter Foreman
Roles
Responsibilities :
- Organize employee and sub-contractors to allow for a safe and productive site
- Meet construction deadlines
- Communicate with management to organize materials and labor force
- Act as a working foreman and teach other employee
Qualifications :
- Experience in Heritage construction is an asset.
- Hand's on experience in general construction, wood framing, steel framing, and finished carpentry.
- Knowledge with scaffold and aerial lift access.
- Ability to interpret drawings.
- Able to lead and organize employee crews.
