Pay Rate : $90 - $95 / hr.
Position Overview
The Digital Design and Delivery (3D) Division is expanding its digital service delivery to improve how users interact with public services. Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support service innovation, program review, and digital transformation initiatives.
You will work as part of cross‑functional, agile teams delivering modern, user‑centred digital services.
Experience working in the public sector or government.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex, production‑grade full stack applications
- Contribute to technical discovery, solution design, and system architecture
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and delivery teams in agile environments
- Support continuous delivery through testing, CI / CD, and modern development practices
- Participate in service modernization and legacy system transformation
- Contribute to reusable components, documentation, and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications (Must Haves)
Experience with automated unit testing and integration testingStrong experience with database technologies (relational and alternatives)Proven experience working as a Full Stack Developer on complex solutions in agile teamsPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with one or more of the following :Frontend : Angular, React, Vue.jsStrong understanding of design patterns and software architectureFamiliarity with public‑sector development guidelines and standardsExperience with CI / CD pipelinesExperience working with teams using UX design, service design, or human‑centred design practicesWork Arrangement
Primarily remote within CanadaOccasional in‑person meetings or work sessions in Edmonton may be requiredSome travel within Alberta may be required for field research and user interviewsNote : AI‑enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job‑related criteria.
