Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

Client Sales Manager manages accounts within assigned territory and ensures client’s satisfaction with SEI products and services.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Development and execution of an annual vigorous Territory Plan
  • Management and deployment of selling resources within the Territory
  • Opportunity Management Tracking / Forecasting and Competitive Awareness
  • Develop a strategy to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers
  • Won / Loss Reporting, Defining / Communicating Client Needs / Market Condition

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or equivalent
  • 6+ years of experience in sales / engineering in rotating equipment industry with knowledge of turbo, reciprocating, and steam applications. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
  • Strong client relationship building at all levels
  • Display excellent listening skills and maintain a positive attitude in the face of adversity.
  • Possess good organization skills including time management, file and record organization, report writing, and proven ability to close business opportunities.
  • Travel 50% in the territory of major accounts (Domestic only)
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in Canada without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

  • Gestion et déploiement des ressources de vente au sein du territoire
  • Suivi / Prévision de la gestion des opportunités et sensibilisation à la concurrence
  • Développer une stratégie pour augmenter les ventes et la rentabilité des clients assignés
  • Rapport de gains / pertes, définition / communication des besoins des clients / conditions du marché
  • Ce que vous apportez

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en ingénierie, en affaires ou équivalent
  • Plus de 6 ans d’expérience en vente / ingénierie dans l’industrie des équipements rotatifs avec connaissance des applications turbo / reciprocating / vapeur. Ceux ayant plus d’expérience peuvent être considérés pour un niveau supérieur.
  • Solides compétences en création de relations avec les clients à tous les niveaux
  • Excellentes compétences d’écoute et maintien d’une attitude positive face à l’adversité.
  • Bonnes compétences d’organisation, y compris la gestion du temps, une bonne organisation des fichiers et des dossiers, ainsi que la rédaction de rapports. Capacité prouvée à conclure des opportunités commerciales
  • Voyage à 50 % dans le territoire des comptes majeurs (domestique uniquement)
  • Les candidats doivent être légalement autorisés à travailler au Canada sans besoin d’une autorisation de travail parrainée par l’employeur actuelle ou future. Les employés de Siemens Energy avec un parrainage de visa actuel peuvent être éligibles pour des transferts internes.
