Seasonal Ambassadors are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Experience : Driving Sales : Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and actively grow the store’s overall sales.
- Customer Experience : Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. Connect with customers, identify needs, demonstrate product benefits, and leave customers with a positive impression.
- Building the Brand : Educate customers on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic.
- Product Passion : Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make recommendations.
Team Involvement
Development : Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Seek feedback and opportunities to improve.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging : Encourage open communication, listen to diverse perspectives, promote teamwork, and value each member’s contributions.Operational Excellence

Experience with consultation-based serviceStrong problem-solving skills for daily operationsTeam experienceExperience in skincare or cosmeticsExperience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice trainingFluency in Spanish, French, or other languagesMic Mac Pay : $19.50 CAD
