Job descriptionHot Restaurant Chef Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff Create new recipes Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods Requisition food and kitchen supplies Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Recruit and hire staffTrain staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food 5-10 people Kosher European Fish and seafood Meat, poultry and game Vegetables, fruits, nuts and mushrooms Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Leadership Organized Team player a permanent resident of Canada a temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit Accommodation and food services 1 job posting advertised Medium-sized business (between 5 and 100 employees)
