We are currently looking for (6) Customer ServiceRepresentatives for one of our clients in the insuranceindustry.

Whatis in it foryou :

Hourly salary of $22.97.

6monthcontract.

Fulltime (37.50 hoursper week).

Hybrid Work : 2 remotedays and 3 office days (Tuesday toThursday).

Weekday training for 5weeks : from 9 am to 5 pm.

WeekdayShifts : Rotating between 9 am to 9pm.

Responsibilities :

Handling of inquiries by phone from our customers and financialadvisors regarding accounts products andprocedures.

Providing anoutstanding customer experience accurately andprofessionally.

Providecomprehensive information to callers resolving most queries on thefirst call by researching information on resourcesystems.

Meeting productivity andquality objectives established by the department as well asCustomer Experience CallAudits.

Whatyou will need tosucceed :

Customer Service experience combined with meticulous attention todetail.

Background in thefinancial services industry with knowledge of investment productsaccessible to Canadian investors such as RRSPs andRRIFs.

A desire to learn and growin a dynamic global company with a strong emphasis on continuousimprovement adaptability and accepting regular coachingfeedback.

Positive attitude andhigh energy.

Proficiency intechnical knowledge and softwarenavigation.

Effectivecommunication skills including active listening understandingquestions and probing for clarification to gain a deeperunderstanding.

Ability tomultitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment whilemaintaining a structuredapproach.

Strong teamwork andcollaboration skills fostering an environment of cooperation andinnovation.
