Support enterprise customers through technical network issues and faults Collaborate with other networking teams to ensure customer satisfaction Develop network solutions based on customer requirements Must have a Cisco certification (CCNP or higher is preferred) Must have extensive routing and switching experience Strong understanding of Layer 2 / 3 Engineering and protocols (STP, UDLD, CDP, LLDP, ARP, VTP) and (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IP) Working knowledge of Cisco or Juniper equipment $100,000 – $120,000 base Health care, dental care and optical care All certifications paid for Bonus Life insurance Pension
