• Support enterprise customers through technical network issues and faults
• Collaborate with other networking teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop network solutions based on customer requirements
• Must have a Cisco certification (CCNP or higher is preferred)
• Must have extensive routing and switching experience
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 Engineering and protocols
• (STP, UDLD, CDP, LLDP, ARP, VTP) and (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, IP)
• Working knowledge of Cisco or Juniper equipment
• $100,000 – $120,000 base
