Senior IT Finance Analyst

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the global IT Finance team within a leading organization in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will play a key part in consolidating and reporting technology expenses across various business units and markets including North America and Asia. You ll have the chance to collaborate with teams worldwide deliver insights directly to the executive leadership team and gain valuable experience in both finance and technology functions. This is a highvisibility role with potential for growth making it ideal for individuals who are resultsoriented analytical and thrive in a dynamic collaborative environment.

What is in it for you :

Salaried : $58.59 to $62.98 per hour based on experience.

Incorporated Business Rate : $70.00 to $75.12 per hour based on experience.

12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.

Fulltime position : 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule : 9 am to 5 pm.

Hybrid work : 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze consolidated technology financial results for global IT functions.

Support annual planning and monthly reporting for global technology expenses partnering with teams across Global FP&A Accounting Operations and IT segment teams.

Consolidate financial results and variances from multiple regions including US Canada Asia and Corporate.

Perform financial analysis on technology spend track financial KPIs and report to senior management.

Collaborate with IT Finance segments to consolidate and review monthly commentaries.

Partner with IT Strategy teams to provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency standardize reporting and improve data quality.

Provide support for transformation initiatives and adhoc financial analysis.

What you will need to succeed :

Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance.

Professional designation (CPA CA CGA CMA preferred).

57 years of relevant experience in finance functions including consolidation budgeting forecasting and management reporting.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from financial data.

Proficiency in Power BI Smart View and advanced Excel skills.

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.

Confidence to ask critical questions and analyze financial drivers.

Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to senior management.

Team player highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience working across global time zones is an asset.

Familiarity with Anaplan and transformation within finance is a plus.

Special Requirements :

Monthly evening calls with Asia (45 minutes)

Potential overtime between July and September
