Barrie Honda, a business unit of the Alpha Auto Group, is growing, and we’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing Fixed Operations team. If you’re passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and act as their primary point of contact throughout the service process
• Accurately document vehicle concerns and recommend maintenance and repair services
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure timely, quality service
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Maintain high CSI standards and follow manufacturer / dealership processes
