Maintenance Team Lead
PGNFC Maintenance Team
Full Time – 40 hours / / $45.00+
Position Overview :
Under the direction of the Assistant Executive Director, the Maintenance Team Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Team while also participating in hands-on maintenance work as needed. This role provides leadership, coordination, and technical support to ensure the safe, efficient, and proactive upkeep of all PGNFC facilities, grounds, and fleet vehicles. Working closely with the Assistant Executive Director to support maintenance planning, contractor and vendor coordination, project management, and the implementation of new asset management strategies, proactive maintenance practices, and maintenance software systems.
