Purpose :

The Senior Manager of Onboarding Sustainment plays a crucial role in our organization, providing vital support to the Onboarding Execution teams.

This individual is tasked with the maintenance and sustainment of changes in both regulatory and operational aspects, ensuring that our onboarding processes remain compliant and efficient.

In addition, this role is at the forefront of process improvement, leading initiatives to enhance our onboarding procedures and systems.

The Senior Manager serves as the primary support for the Director of Onboarding Execution, particularly in relation to project initiatives.

This involves close collaboration with both internal and external project teams to guarantee that these initiatives are seamlessly integrated into our Target Operating Model.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will :

  • Project Workstream Leadership : Oversee and manage project workstreams, ensuring timely and effective execution of tasks.
  • Policy / Procedure and Training of New Initiatives : Develop and implement policies and procedures for new initiatives, and conduct training sessions to ensure all team members are up to date.
  • Dynamic Problem Solving : Utilize dynamic problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Senior Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with senior stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication of onboarding processes and improvements.
  • Alignment of Project Initiatives with Business Operating Models : Ensure that all project initiatives align with current business operating models and that project exit criteria are manageable in a day-to-day environment.
  • General Support and Delegate for the Director of Onboarding Execution : Provide general support to the Director of Onboarding Execution, acting as a delegate when necessary and ensuring smooth operations.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have :

  • At least 5 years of financial services experience. Preference will be given to direct experience dealing with complex regulatory projects and large managed services contracts.
  • An in depth understanding of capital market operations and trade lifecycle expertise and working familiarity with the corporate and investment banking business.
  • Familiarity with systems supporting the GBM customer life cycle.
  • Project management experience

Work Arrangement : This position is currently a Hybrid role. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
