We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our financial client on a permanent, full-time basis, and elevate their brand presence in the market.
If you have experience in the real estate investments and / or wealth management space, we want to hear from you. You will work closely with the leadership and sales teams to craft messaging that resonates with their target audience and generate leads through various digital and in-person channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the firm’s growth objectives, including client acquisition, retention, and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars and events.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent application across all marketing materials.
- Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and client communications.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including SEO and social media platforms.
- Develop and execute content strategies that engage our target audience and drive traffic to our digital channels.
- Regularly manage the entire lifecycle of webinars and ensure all the contacts and leads are organized and managed in their Hubspot platform, so that the sales team can follow up and pursue them.
- Oversee client communications including LI newsletters, market updates, and personalized communications that reinforce our client's value proposition.
- Work with the sales and advisory teams to create tailored marketing materials for client presentations and meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.
- Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage client events and webinars that position the firm as a thought leader in wealth management.
- Provide onsite support at these in-person events and tradeshows (minimal travel within Canada required).
- Collaborate with partners and industry associations to enhance event reach and impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in wealth management, financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to work 5 days / week onsite in Vaughan.
