Our client in New Brunswick, Canada, is seeking a Change Manager Level 3 for a two-year remote contract (with the possibility of extension) based in New Brunswick.
Hours per day 7.5 Duration - July 22, 2024, to July 24, 2026 - There will be two (2) optional 1-year extensions Remote Work Possibility : The work location will be remote, but the proponents should be able to travel to the province of New Brunswick at least once a month throughout the project duration. Mandatory Requirements
- The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role : University Degree Or Community College Diploma Or Special Experience Equivalency in relevant field
- 3+ years worked as part of transformation management office, change management team on large complex clinical information solution or digital health projects.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in a change management role. Must demonstrate experience managing complex changes specifically in a hospital or clinical program setting, involving multiple direct project stakeholders.
Experience must be from projects delivering change management strategies that were directly involved with enabling, ensuring adoption, and acceptance from health system users at the point of care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- The candidate must be available to start on or about the date specified in Section 8 of the SOW. Desirable Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Change Management and in the development and effective execution of change management plans in a hospital setting (Clinical Information Solution / Electronic Health Record).
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in development and execution of training and communication plans in a hospital setting.
- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience guiding, motivating, and building team capacity for sustainable digital transformation.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the development of various education and training tools and / or reference guides, to support the upcoming changes brought about by a new program / system / process and / or initiative.
- 5+ years of demonstrated ability establishing or supporting physician engagement plans to foster engagement and buy-in for digital transformations within a hospital setting with a diverse group of clinical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience developing fit for purpose engagement strategies with a focus on clinical impact readiness assessment as it relates to health informatics support and adoption.
- Competent level of knowledge with the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Team), in the work environment.
- Written and spoken competence in both English and French is considered an asset.
