Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Manage medium to large-scale IT projects
• Oversee full lifecycle and day‑to‑day delivery of one or more projects
• Handle monitoring, reporting, and controlling all assigned project activities
• Engage and coordinate with IT teams, business partners, and external vendors
• Ensure successful execution and completion of all assigned projects

Your strengths include:

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated success leading IT projects valued between $250K and $5M, including multiple initiatives over $2M
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
• PMP certification is considered an asset
• Strong capability in managing project financials and producing accurate, recurring forecasts within set budgets
• Experienced working within established project management processes and methodologies
• Prior Business Analyst experience is an asset
• Skilled in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive project documentation
• Effective communicator across all levels of leadership, both verbally and in writing
• Able to exhibit strong functional and/or technical understanding of project scope
• Capable of contributing to the enhancement of procedures and methodologies
• Able to accurately forecast resource needs and effort
• Proven track record of managing and controlling project scope through robust change control processes
• Comfortable taking over projects mid‑cycle and driving them to successful completion
• Seeking a well‑rounded Project Manager capable of handling a diverse portfolio of project work
• Experience managing projects involving significant business process re‑engineering and change management is an advantage
