Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from post-sale through completion. This role is responsible for managing documentation, permits, change orders, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, design, estimating, construction, and homeowners. The successful candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of residential construction processes, and the ability to maintain alignment across all project stages.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Set up and manage projects in Buildertrend with accurate and complete information
• Review plans, specifications, and selections for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Maintain organized digital project files and documentation
• Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate responses to municipal requirements
• Track permit approvals and assemble construction-ready packages
• Manage the change order process from initiation to approval, ensuring accurate pricing and documentation
• Act as the central liaison between sales, design, estimating, construction, and interior design teams
• Facilitate smooth handoffs between pre-construction and site teams
• Support construction teams by providing updated plans, selections, and clarifications
• Monitor project milestones and recommend workflow improvements
• Identify recurring issues and assist in implementing process enhancements
