We are seeking a Site Administrator to join our team in Nisku, Alberta. This role involves travelling and working on-site for different projects. on commercial and industrial projects. Ideal candidates are [certification / license required] and ready to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages a variety of documentation requirements, including site-specific correspondence.
• Responds to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner.
• Performs site / project-specific payroll and accounts payable functions.
• Ensure all timesheets, payroll issues, and updates are performed daily.
• Prepares shipping and courier documents.
• Coordinates receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors or vendors.
• Manages site office maintenance, cleaning, equipment and supplies.
