Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time Shift Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced food service environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Shift Supervisor, you will support daily store operations, lead team members during your shift, and ensure that Tim Hortons standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and safety are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Open and close the store as required, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance and service goals
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Support management in achieving sales targets and operational efficiency
