Job Description :
- 8+ years of experience in performance testing, including at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven experience in performance testing large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies, databases, middleware, and network protocols.
- Experience with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and performance testing in cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and integration of performance testing in DevOps workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding and developing a team.
