- Deliver world-class client service across all channels including Live Chat, Phone, and Email in French and English

THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Bilingual Concierge Advisor has :
The ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal) and French (written and verbal)French as first language is preferredCertifications in French language proficiency such as DALF C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Proficient) or CEFRL C1 or C2The passion for providing world-class client service and building long lasting client relationshipsAn aspirational sense of individual styleThe desire to thrive on a high-performance teamThe commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s values and standardsThe aptitude for learning and navigating diverse technology systemsRetail, contact centre, customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset.
THE LOGISTICS
As a Bilingual Concierge Advisor, you have :
The ability to start Monday September 22nd 2025The ability to work 30 hours per week for mandatory training in your first two weeksTraining is typically scheduled Monday to Friday from 11 AM – 5 PM ESTThe ability to work shifts within our operating hours of 9AM - 9PM EST (including evenings and weekends)No extended time off from November through January during our peak sales eventsActual hours scheduled each week will depend on your availability and business volumes.
THE COMPENSATION
The starting wage for this position is $23 / hr.
Bilingual Concierge Advisors receive an additional $1 per hour premium on the base wage of $22 / hr. recognizing the value of the advanced language skillset.
