Tâches/Responsabilités
Le Partenaire d’Affaires – Technologies sera responsable d’appuyer la Vice-Présidence en technologie dans la gestion de son équipe en termes de la performance, de la gestion des compétences et du développement organisationnel.
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Apporter une expertise en gestion de la performance dans un domaine technologique
• Assurer l’utilisation uniformes des guides et des standards
• Guide les employés sur les conflits interpersonnels, la gestion des compétences et la croissance
• Écouter et identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus
PROFIL
• 5 années d’expérience dans un rôle de partenaire d’affaire RH ou de développement des talents
• Expérience démontrée dans un environnement technologique ou de startup en croissance
• Excellente connaissance de gestion de la performance en ingénierie de système
• Autonomie, compétences en coaching et facilité à prodiguer de la rétroaction
• BAC en ressources humaines ou en gestion ou l’équivalent
