Reporting to: Director of Quality Assurance & Teleradiology

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
The Inbound Referral Coordinator supports radiology operations by managing and processing incoming referrals, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of patient care. This role is essential in facilitating communication between referring practitioners and internal teams while maintaining data accuracy and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process inbound referral spreadsheets in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and manage correspondence within the PACS system
• Track and report on daily volumes, outcomes, and workflow metrics
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all referral documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care coordination
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in healthcare or diagnostic imaging (preferred)

This role is for an existing vacancy. The expected hiring range for this role is from $19 - $21 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience level, and internal equity. Candidates with significantly more experience may be considered at a higher level with adjusted compensation for certain roles.
