Key Responsibilities:
· Understand current process flows, how the change would integrate into current systems.
· Enhance and improve current designs while adding functionality.
· Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and define the scope of GRT work clearly.
· Task breakdown & estimation — Decompose requirements into well-scoped, estimated deliverables.
· Proactive code improvement — Go beyond assigned tasks by identifying opportunities to refactor legacy code and apply modern technologies.
· Test strategy & execution — Design comprehensive test strategies and lead end-to-end testing efforts, ensuring coverage across functional, regression, and integration scenarios with minimal defect leakage.
· Currency & upgrade management — Address technical currency by upgrading core components including MQ, Kafka, Airflow, Python, and Java.
· Production support — Triage and resolve security vulnerabilities identified through Checkmarx scans and production issues, while maintaining ongoing enhancement sprint cycles with minimal disruption.
Certifications: (Nice to Have)
· Google Cloud certifications or other relevant cloud certifications
· CFA, FRM or other relevant
· Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) certifications
