Job Listing - Administrative Assistant (Full Time)Reception, Dispatch, Invoicing, Bookkeeping
RECEPTION - Courteous, professional telephone manners-Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting messages -Commitment to company integrity and customer service-Technical savvy in use of computer, software, telephones, intercom, copy equipment
DISPATCH -Knowledge of general location of lower mainland regions-Determine nature of technical support required by clients and schedule accordingly-Maintain master calendar
INVOICING -Efficient attention to documentation of billing and site detail-Examine paperwork, texts, comments of technicians in order to prepare precise documentation for invoicing details
BOOKKEEPING -Proven experiences in full-cycle bookkeeping-Knowledge of on-line banking-Preparation of PST, GST e-filing
OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS -Flexibility and adaptability with attention to time management -Display self-initiative and team work-Punctuality, reliability, positive attitude, dedication

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Skilled in data entry and filing with exceptional attention to detail
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Familiar with clerical tasks and front desk operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of Google Suite and basic bookkeeping a plus
