Your mission :
Become a proud ambassador of the prestigious Nespresso brand
Welcome and advise customers
Offer different promotions and products for tasting
Maximize in-store sales.
Participate in daily meetings and training sessions.
Analyze reported malfunctions and effectively guide customers to efficient after-sales service.
Qualifications
Profile required :
Experience in sales and customer service.
Good communication skills and enjoy advising people.
Open flexibility / availability required : Tuesday / wednesday 9 : 30-7 : 30 -Thursday Friday 9 : 30-9 : 30 and Weekends when needed
Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
