If you enjoy hands-on mechanical work troubleshooting and supporting a busy production environment this role offers long-term stability and growth.

What Youll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant and production equipment

Complete machine setups and precision tooling installation

Conduct welding lathe and milling work as needed

Support machine operators with equipment adjustments

Diagnose equipment issues and resolve breakdowns

Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

What You Bring

Red Seal Millwright certification (required)

Strong troubleshooting and equipment repair experience

Good working knowledge of industrial mechanical systems

Experience with welding machining and fabrication

Knowledge of Allen Bradley Siemens or Beckhoff systems (asset)

Computer PLC and HMI knowledge (asset)

Shift Schedule

This role operates within a 24 / 7 manufacturing environment :

2 x 12-hour day shifts 2 x 12-hour night shifts 4 days off
