David Brown Santasalo Canada Inc. est à la recherche d'un machiniste conventionel pour notre usine de Baie D’Urfé.

Votre rôle sera :

Usiner les pièces en optimisant les opérations d’usinage, en respectant les normes de qualité et les délais de production.

Vos responsabilités seront :

Lire et comprendre les dessins d'usinage

Placer et calibrer tous les outils nécessaires (choisir et monter les outils de coupe sur les machines);

Réglez la vitesse de coupe et la profondeur de coupe en fonction de la nature du métal

Déterminer les opérations d'usinage à effectuer et la séquence optimale des opérations

Usiner les pièces, moules et composantes selon les spécifications demandées

Calculer les dimensions, les tolérances et les paramètres d'usinage

Ajuster les machines pour respecter les tolérances

Réparer les pièces et outils défectueux

Vérifier la conformité des pièces usinées selon les spécifications de la fiche de production

Mesurer les dimensions des pièces usinées à l'aide de verniers et de micromètres et ajuster au besoin

Assurez-vous que votre environnement de travail est sécuritaire pour travailler

Effectuer des contrôles de sécurité de routine quotidiens

Effectuer l'entretien de votre machine et équipements

Nettoyer et ranger votre espace de travail (outils, pièces, etc.);

Les connaissances et compétences que vous devez avoir :

3 à 5 ans d’expérience comme machiniste;

Faire preuve de rigueur et de souci du détail;

Connaissance du fonctionnement, de la mécanique et de l'entretien des machines-outils;

Bonne dextérité manuelle, débrouillardise et bonne capacité de concentration;

Capacité à lire des dessins d'usinage;

Pour être admissible à ce poste, vous devez légalement être autorisé à travailler au Canada, sans aucun soutien de parrainage supplémentaire de David Brown Santasalo Canada Inc.
