Blender Operator

As a Blender Operator, you'll be the orchestrator of ingredient blending, bringing together pigment control area, bulk ingredients, and resin with precision and adherence to mixing guidelines.

Your role is crucial in ensuring the proper identification of blends.

Responsibilities

Implement FIFO practices, ensuring the efficient use of materials.

Operate high-intensity mixers, ribbon blenders, or drum tumblers for a uniform mix.

Discharge ingredients into super sacks or drums, expertly staged on the mezzanine.

Maintain cleanliness in blenders and resin handling systems, adhering to high standards.

Work independently, showcasing a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.

Prioritize safety, adhering to all safety and company policies.

Contribute to continuous improvement and troubleshooting of the blending process.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Ability to stand for 6-8 hours and lift 25 kg as needed.

Manual dexterity to work with hand tools and operate equipment.

1 Year of forklift experience

Maintain a good attendance record.

Must be literate with excellent communication skills

Excellent math skills
