Are you passionate about events and providing excellent customer service?
Adecco is currently recruiting Event Staff for a short-term contract role in Toronto, ON. The position involves providing support during an exciting event, performing a variety of tasks, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. Join us for a dynamic work environment where you can showcase your organizational skills and energy!
Pay rate : $20 / hour.
Location : Toronto, ON
Dates : Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - May 3rd to 5th, 8 AM to 6 PM

New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities :
Working as ushers and ensuring seating arrangements adhere to fire code regulations.
Operating cash registers and handling transactions.
Supporting the Event Manager with event-related tasks.
Ensuring the event hall remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
Adhering to all event safety standards and protocols.
Offering exceptional customer service to event-goers.
Performing security duties and ensuring the safety of all attendees.
Acting as a Ticket Taker and greeting guests.
Setting up and assisting with lighting and sound equipment.
Working at a concession stand, serving food and drinks.
Providing helpful information to attendees.
Inspecting and documenting equipment for damage and inventory purposes.
Assisting with packing up equipment after the event concludes. Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical stamina and energy to work in a busy event setting.
Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stress.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple duties effectively.
