We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day processes. Responsibilities :
- Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and manage calendars for team members.
- Perform accurate data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation to support administrative tasks.
- Handle accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving vendor inquiries.
- Oversee office supply inventory, place orders, and manage mail distribution.
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure precision in all administrative and financial records.
- Provide assistance on special projects and collaborate with other departments when required.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry tasks.
- Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and support team members.
- Experience with email correspondence and detail-oriented communication.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to organize files and maintain orderly records.
- Competence in performing calculations and handling numerical data.
- Familiarity with scanning and digital document management.
- Fast and accurate typing skills to ensure efficiency in data entry.
