Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day processes. Responsibilities :

• Coordinate schedules, organize meetings, and manage calendars for team members.
• Perform accurate data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation to support administrative tasks.
• Handle accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payments and resolving vendor inquiries.
• Oversee office supply inventory, place orders, and manage mail distribution.
• Safeguard confidentiality and ensure precision in all administrative and financial records.
• Provide assistance on special projects and collaborate with other departments when required.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry tasks.
• Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and support team members.
• Experience with email correspondence and detail-oriented communication.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to organize files and maintain orderly records.
• Competence in performing calculations and handling numerical data.
• Familiarity with scanning and digital document management.
• Fast and accurate typing skills to ensure efficiency in data entry.
