Position : Personal Lines CSR
Location : North York, ON (on-site)

Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry overseeing personal lines accounts.
RIBO licensed required.
Understanding of company underwriting and industry guidelines.
Overview :
Provide customer service and handle inquiries for personal lines accounts, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Issue and renew insurance documents, prepare renewal binders and presentations, and support junior team members with guidance as needed.
Monitor and report on client claims, addressing telephone inquiries promptly to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with the team on remarketing needs, initiating discussions 60-90 days prior to account expirations.
