We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service III - CAD in the Healthcare / NHS industry. This role is based in our Markham, Ontario office with a hybrid work structure. As the successful candidate, you will focus on processing customer requests, managing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from customers and Sales Representatives, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution
- Foster positive and detail oriented relationships with customers and Sales Representatives
- Oversee account and order management, including account verification and processing customer requests
- Efficiently manage issues related to orders and provide first call resolution whenever possible
- Maintain various email inboxes, ensuring that orders and requests are promptly actioned
- Offer support for new customers and those using our online ordering portal
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and updates to customers and sales representatives
- Document and resolve customer, sales, and patient interactions and complaints, triaging to the appropriate department if further support or guidance is needed
- Monitor daily sales orders and transactions to ensure completion
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and present them to the leadership team
- Collaborate and maintain cross-functional relationships with other teams to ensure task completion
- Adhere to customer service standards, call quality policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
- Comprehensive understanding of Office Functions and Procedures
- Familiarity with Policy and Quality control in a healthcare environment
- Experience handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Understanding of Medical Coverage policies and procedures
- Demonstrated Leadership Skills
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Familiarity with Monitoring Tools for quality assurance
- Ability to handle Queries and Complaints professionally
- Experience with Video conferencing and Verification processes
- Proven track record in Process Improvement
- Experience with Closing sales or service interactions
- Knowledge of SAP R / 3 for management of business operations
- Willingness to work Onsite
- Familiarity with Call Center Operations
- Experience opening New Accounts and managing customer relationships
- Proficiency in Triage procedures in a healthcare context
- Understanding of Aesthetics industry as it relates to healthcare
- Experience in Order Management within a call center environment
