Requirements;
Community College Diploma or Certificate in Legal Administration or Law Clerk. 5+ years of work-related experience, preferably within a sophisticated public company or recognized law firm. Understanding of stock exchange and securities commission requirements. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail, ability to work independently, and prioritize workload effectively. Familiarity with SEDAR+, EDGAR, SEDI and TMX LINX platforms, as well as Computershare's GEMs database.
