Job description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable and Administration Clerk to join our client's office team in Saskatoon, SK. In this role you will be responsible for managing customer transactions, maintaining financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software. If you're a proactive and detail-driven professional, apply today!

Pay Rate : $25.00 / hour
Location : Saskatoon, SK
Shift : Monday to Friday
Job type : Temporary | Full-time | 3-week contract

Responsibilities :

Prepares, verifies, posts and records customer payments and transactions in accounting program

Creates invoices and submits to customer for payment

Maintains customer information and files

Processes credits or returns as required

Sets up customers in the system

Reports on receivable aging and collections, follows up with customers on late payments

Monitor and apply outstanding customer credit on account, contact customers to ensure accounts are reconciled

Processes credit applications for vendors and customers. Conducts references checks as required.

Reviews credit card payments

Deposits and record customer cheque payments into bank system online

Assists Controller with month end or year end reporting as required

Covers administrative responsibilities, such as answering phones or greeting visitors

Qualifications :

Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

Organized with strong attention to detail skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar financial role
