Adecco is currently seeking a seasoned, full-time Alterations Specialist for a permanent position with our client located in Fredericton, NB. In this role, your primary objective is to enhance customers' appearance and confidence by providing impeccable alterations in a timely manner, aligning with the company's commitment to delivering superior alterations.

• Pay rate : $20 - $25 per hour
• Location : Fredericton, NB

Responsibilities :

• Execute sewing production within specified timelines and in accordance with company standards.
• Continuously enhance skills in alterations techniques and impart knowledge to team members.
• Uphold and enhance production quality, ensuring minimal redo instances.
• Adhere to work schedules and promptly respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with company standards.
• Assist Fit Experts in the front room as needed.
• Refer customers to experts or sister stores if unable to assist.
• Initiate and implement necessary improvements to meet performance expectations.
• Report unsafe conditions, injuries, or accidents to Manager / HR.

Requirements :

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada (students will not be considered).
• Sewing experience is mandatory
• Familiarity with Customer Service / Dry Cleaning Policy and Buy-Back Program.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on store hours.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the company's grading system.
• Strong focus on quality.
• Maintain composure and handle challenging situations calmly.
• Excellent team player with a willingness to mentor others.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending for pinning needs, color differentiation, and focused concentration during sewing tasks.
