The Opportunity :

Join our innovative team as an Application Support Developer. In this role you will be responsible for working with the clients, business analysts and other support developers, to identify the root cause of problems in source code, propose and implement fixes, provide workarounds, design and develop system enhancements, and deploy system changes in a SaaS environment used by thousands of users across North America

Day to day you will :

• Provide technical support for existing clients and multiple applications.
• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and developers to identify and resolve source code issues, design system enhancements, and deliver updates in a SaaS environment.
• Take ownership of tasks, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Deploy system updates while maintaining system integrity and minimizing downtime.
