Our client, a premier provider of comprehensive printing solutions, delivers a wide range of services that transform creative concepts into reality using advanced technologies and market expertise. With a focus on digital printing, wide format printing, and commercial offset, they are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Bindery Operator to join their team in Mississauga.
We are seeking an experienced Binder Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and maintaining various binding machines, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finished products.
Shift : 3 days a week 7 am to 7pm(days) or 7pm to 7am(nights)
Position : Perfect Binder Operator
Perfect Location : Queensway E and Dixie Rd Mississauga
Pay Rate : $ 25.00 - $ 28.00
If you have at lease 3 years experience working with Perfect Binder
Muller Martini 21 pocket, 20 clamp, hot glue perfect binder with ambaflex spiral conveyor

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain binding machines including perfect binders, saddle stitchers, and other finishing equipment.
Set up machines to match job specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth operation.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on binding equipment to prevent downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with client specifications.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in print / bindery operations preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience operating binding equipment.
Proficiency with perfect binders, saddle stitchers, and other binding machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
