Coordinator, Data & Impact
The Coordinator, Data & Impact supports the work of various teams throughout Let’s Talk Science through the collection, organization and summarizing of participation and evaluation data. The Coordinator, Data & Impact provides support in all aspects of data collection and maintenance, including quality assurance and data integrity, the compilation and analysis of data across systems, and the revision and development of processes and policies. The incumbent also supports the analysis and dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field, Master’s degree or graduate experience an asset
- At least 5 years of related experience in data and evaluation; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Microsoft Suite proficiency required, including experience working with and manipulating large data sets (100,000+ rows)
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software
- Experience with various databases, including Customer Relationship Management, Google Analytics (GA4), online survey software, and e-communication management platforms an asset. Our current survey software is QuestionPro and our e-communication management platform is Mailchimp
- Experience developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards; experience with Microsoft Power BI, an asset
- Knowledge of, or experience with government reporting an asset
- Experience documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Experience supporting senior management level preferred
- Bilingual (English / French) an asset
