We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless data entry, exceptional customer service, and efficient organizational support. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and manage data using 10-key typing techniques.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Handle email correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create, update, and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
- Organize and maintain files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Perform basic calculations as needed for data accuracy and reporting.
- Scan, sort, and categorize documents for streamlined record-keeping.
- Support daily operations by typing and preparing reports or communications as required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Proficiency with 10-key typing and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple files.
- Ability to perform basic calculations and maintain data integrity.
- Skilled in scanning and digital file management.
- Fast and accurate typing abilities to support operational needs.
