Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this position is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strong customer relationships in the territory of Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan.

The successful candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, growing existing dealer and distributor networks, and promoting multiple S3 Group product lines. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys working independently, developing new markets, and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospective customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and end customers.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and territory prospecting activities.
  • Promote and sell multiple S3 Group product lines by understanding customer needs and demonstrating product value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers to support product launches, category strategies, technical training, and strategic accounts.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales to coordinate quotations, order processing, delivery updates, and customer follow-up.
  • Manage leads, quotations, and sales opportunities through to completion.
  • Monitor competitive activity, identify market opportunities, and communicate customer feedback and industry trends.
  • Support dealer development through product education, sales training, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer activity records, and opportunity information within CRM and other company systems.
  • Protect sales margins through disciplined pricing practices and appropriate approval of pricing exceptions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to address customer concerns and support customer retention.
  • Represent S3 Group at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions as required.
  • Regularly communicate territory performance, opportunities, and potential risks to the VP of Sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with the S3 Group Safety Manual.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably selling multiple product offerings. Experience in agriculture or manufactured goods is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to develop new business, build customer relationships, and manage a sales territory.
  • Experience selling through dealers, distributors, or business-to-business (B2B) channels is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and commercial information.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers, company facilities, and attend industry events as required.
