Adecco is recruiting for a Pricing Administrator / Representative for a full-time permanent with our client in Vars / Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the VP of Administration, you will be responsible for the entries of builders extras and floor plan preparation of various builders, as well as miscellaneous administrative duties dealing with high volume track builders. This is a high paced position with opportunity for advancement. you may not have experience with floor plans however the client has a strong team that is willing to train you.
The Pricing Administrator / Representative will have the following responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed floor plans for electricians
- Prepare fixture / material lists in coordination's to detailed floor plans
- Enter pricing information in ERP system
- Pricing of documents for builders requests Prepare fixture / material lists in coordination's to site floor plans
- Send documents to site foreman
- Review and prioritize extras to be priced
- Assist in billing and Accounts Receivable
- Contact builders to revise pricing / po issues
- Print floor plans from builders web sites
- Other duties may be requested.
