Position : Inside Sales Representative
Location : Ville St-Laurent (Montréal)
Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualifying Leads : Assess the needs of prospective clients, qualify their interest and fit for our payment solutions, and schedule product demonstrations or meetings.
Sales Presentations : Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our payment solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Negotiation and Closing : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including negotiating terms and closing deals.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and our product offerings to effectively address client needs and objections.
Requirements :
Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the payment solutions or fintech industry.

Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
