As a Supervisor, your role is to excel at performance-driven campaign management and execution. You are an engaged leader on your client and across functional teams. You have demonstrated the ability to carry out strategy and planning, with excellent client stewardship capabilities.
In addition to your campaign management skills, you are also skilled at training and developing junior team members, guiding their growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead team in utilization of Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.
Ensuring the implementation of the Digital Planning & Optimization Process across programmatic and direct buying.
Overseeing and directing the day-to-day operations of the activation team.
Effectively managing budget
Providing inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of demand side platforms.
Collaborating closely with the broader activation team to ensure efficient and effective campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization.
Providing expert consultation to vendors, internal teams, and clients
Working with the Strategy team to understand goals, address client needs, and communicate results and insights back to clients.
Directing the billing and reconciliation process for programmatic campaigns.
Implementing Business Intelligence tools and new capabilities to enhance media measurement and performance.
Education
Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience
Skills
Manage a small team and juggling multiple people and work priorities (Advanced)
Work with across several media channels is preferred and a curiosity in emerging media platforms (Intermediate)
Work with large data (Advanced) sets and understanding of methodologies for evaluating data (Advanced)
Ability to effectively manage costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals (Advanced)
Excellent interpersonal (Advanced) and Communication (Advanced) skills, ability to distill key ideas for non-digitally-centric Teams (Advanced)
Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams (Advanced)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced) and ability to coach others in shortcuts
Working knowledge of third-party verification tools, including DoubleVerify (Advanced)
3+ years of experience and expert knowledge of digital programmatic buying with hands-on experience using one or more of the following demand-side platforms (DSP’s) : The Trade Desk, DV360 or similar
