Job descriptionAssist dealers with parts availability, identification, pricing, returns, and related inquiries. Handle and administer dealer returns, credit adjustments, and debit requests efficiently. Collaborate with colleagues to engage dealers, encouraging their participation in aftersales promotions and programs. Collaborate with the procurement group to gather supplier information for the shipment of parts, addressing shortages or processing change orders. Handle modifications to sales orders for freight and additional charges as necessary. Maintain and update parts catalogues, quick reference sheets, accessory sheets, and cross-reference information sheets. Translate department documents and bulletins from English to French.

Experience - Bilingual Parts Coordinator
- Experience in manufacturing customer service setting
- Bilingual French / English (written and verbal)
- SAP S / 4 Hana experience would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High-quality problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to answer phone calls and e-mails in a professional manner
- Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to details with frequent interruptions
- Ability to exercise initiative, good judgement and discretion in all matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
