Job descriptionAt least three years' professional experience in a similar position or relevant training in the financial field. Excellent oral and written French. In-depth knowledge of financial products and standards of conduct in Canadian securities trading. Strong communication, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Training in Canadian securities trading and / or Standards of Conduct Manual. Financial planner designation (IQPF) holder or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.

Responsibilities :
- Support the Investment Advisor in the day-to-day management of client portfolios, ensuring that they are in line with risk profiles and investment objectives.
- Execute market transactions according to client and advisor instructions, using a range of financial products such as equities, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds.
- Manage communications with clients and external partners in a professional manner, including following up on telephone calls and e-mails.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, client presentations and meetings.
- Collaborate with administrative assistants in administrative tasks related to customer account management.
- Track and complete account transfers, and prepare documents such as investment policy statements and portfolio analyses.
