Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proficient in English with excellent written communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in chat moderation, customer service, or community management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user engagement methods.
  • Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote location.
  • Familiarity with chat moderation tools and social communication platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with a friendly and approachable presence.
  • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to flexible working hours as needed.
