About the Job :
Mindwire Systems is seeking the services of a Product Analyst for a contract position with one of our Valued Clients.
Client Location : Regina, SK
Working Environment : Remote
Major Responsibilities :
- Interact with a variety of business partners to define, manage and communicate requirements to both IT and business stakeholders.
- Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
- Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
- Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
- Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
- Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
- Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 3-5 years' experience in an IT analyst role
- Bachelor's degree in ?nance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
- Con?dent communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
- Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
- Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Team Lead Experience
