Role & Responsibilities : Client Relationship Building : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, offering personalised assistance and advice. Handling Inquiries & Requests : Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries regarding policies, updates, and account issues. Providing Excellent Customer Service : Ensure a positive experience with empathetic service and follow-up to enhance satisfaction. Sales & Retention Support : Assist the sales team with cross-selling opportunities and help retain clients through ongoing communication.
