We are in the process of recruiting a detail-oriented individual for a Customer Service role to join our team in Etobicoke, Ontario. The individual will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to optimize order fulfillment.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions and escalating issues when necessary
- Actively engage in data entry tasks, inputting orders and other relevant information into the company's systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
- Utilize ERP software for tracking orders, inventory, and other pertinent data to stay updated on all order statuses
- Manage EDI systems and processes
- Correspond regularly with warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery timelines are met
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline the order fulfillment process
- Answer inbound calls and handle email correspondence to provide customer support and schedule appointments
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks
This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
